The two cleaning staff (Mr. Umanzor and his co-worker) arrived at the scheduled time, began working immediately, and did a very thorough, detailed cleaning of our home. We will hire them again. It's great to have confidence that a good job will be done.

It went really well. They were on time, professional, and they did a great job. I was pleased when they got done with my carpet...we didn't want to walk on it after the work was completed. I have referred them and I will continue to use them.

Terrible, I paid $100. for 3 rooms and they broke my ornament and table leg then hid it from me after they left 2hrs later I was putting back my stuff and notice they broken two things. I called him he then said he forgot and ontop instead of me getting an apology he disrespecting me saying my ornament was a toy!! I told him is not the material things is the principal and I am upset how it was handle. Will never use them Again!!!

Awesome work! Carpets look wonderful! They worked very hard. The carpet was in rough shape.

They did an excellent job. Baseboards, cabinets, floors, kitchen and bathrooms. We would definitely hire them again.

My tenants really trashed the place but they cleaned the bathrooms, floors, baseboards, blinds, kitchen and cabinets to bring my rental back from the dead. I was contacted within 12 hours, the owner was very professional. We set up a time that was best for us. The crew came out and did an amazing job of cleaning our home, I’m not sure we could have done a better job they were very detailed oriented. I would definitely use this company again.

Juan and his partner did a great job. They said they’d be there between 11:30 and 12 and they were there at 11:32! We had some very deep set pet stains in our carpet that they were able to remove. Our stove and oven was a mess and it looks spotless now. I am very impressed with the job he did and the price was very fair. I am hoping to use his services again in our new home if it’s not out of his range.

Umanzor Cleaning Services brought joy to our house as it once again sparkled. It had been some time so they did a great service for us. Their team was prompt, courteous, helpful, and always with a smile. it took five hours for them to complete work on a 2900 squarefoot home, they never stopped and worked full speed. That is rare with many services. My wife was extremely impressed. We recommended Umanzor to our daughter who hopes to contact them shortly. Great communication via voice and txt. Always responsive and adapts to our schedule. They do a great job cleaning our house. Makes my wife very happy. We have been using them continuously every two weeks for more than a year now. We also have them cleaning our grandparents house.

The Umanzors are very flexible, trustworthy and responsive. Monthly cleaning is not enough for our household and bi-weekly is too much. The Umanzors have fit us in every three weeks. They are communicative and they do a good job. They are very professional. They text or call to confirm their appointments the day before and they show up and are thorough. I am usually not home when they come and I am always pleased when I come home to a sparkling house. I recommend their services.
