They did a decent job with my carpet cleaning. I would NEVER recommend them for air duct cleaning. Their technique us outdated and to be honest, our air quality has been worse since they were here. Once they are paid, the "good" customer service is none existing. We had to call experts to install Air duct pads. They are not the industry standard for air duct cleaning. Bad experience.

Courtney provided excellent service and the prices are great! He came in, did a quick assessment, and completed the job quickly. Our house smelled so fresh after he was done. We will definitely be using Truman Steemers again in the future.
