At Total Climate Control we employee five service techs three installers one salesman and one office manager. We handle on site billing and except all forms of payment. We do not use sub-contractors. All jobs are completed by a Total Climate Control Team member

"Our company apologizes for not getting an estimate to you for the replacement of your system, however, the information you have stated in this review is not a valid truth. An "old" as you put it, over amping/shorted compressor can/will always damage an "old" breaker. The problem in this situation was that the compressor AND the breaker were both bad, and that could not have been known completely until the "new" compressor/system was installed. If you have any doubt about this information, you can contact any licensed electrician, and they will confirm this diagnosis. Again we apologize for your inconvenience."
