Mr. Howland was referred to me by a reputable builder and he has inspected and provided small repairs to the existing AC/heat units following our purchase of a 12-year-old home in 2009. In Nov. 2012 when both systems broke down and were beyond repair (at age 15 years), Mr. Howland recommended the best spec configuration of 2 new AC/heating units that would accomodate approx. 3600 sf on 3 levels, upgrade the SEAR efficiency (and subsequent monthly utility costs), and solve the overtaxing by previous owner's decision to finish basement with only additional ductwork tied into the existing lower floor unit. Mr. Howland ordered and installed 2 complete central heat systems within days of my original call to request service. I was given several spec and price options, and I am confident of the quality of the brand I chose, the SEAR ratings that were selected, and the sizes of both units. Mr. Howland and his team were very prompt, extremely courteous and professional, and all installation was completed on time and as promised. The systems have worked perfectly since installation, and I am happy with the service warranty provided. I highly recommend Thermal Heating and Air, and will continue to use them exclusively and recommend to friends in the future!
