They did a great job. I will definitely use them again. It was a great price. They got the job done in about 45 minutes. I was impressed by the amount of information that he shared over the phone without coming out to the site. He gave me the number of who I need to call for the county worker. The customer service skills were phenomenal when I first communicated with him and that is why I hired him.

Excellent. It was a stump from an aggressive Poplar and roots were everywhere. He took the time to carve around a wide radius and appears to have gotten the worst of it. This is my second time using him.

Tim arrived early, but that was not a problem. He explained where he would start grinding the stumps and which ones would be last. He began work immediatly and worked for several hours until the work was finish. I checked on him occasionally and we discussed a couple of problem stumps.Tim grinded approximately 22 stumps to a fine powder. I can plant in the grinded areas immediately. He also gave me some planting tips if I was planting in the grinded areas. The Stump Man was very professional and polite. I would definitely recommend again. GREAT job!

Asked him about various things that may need to be ground. Was truthful and honest, not trying to get more money out of me. Very courteous and prompt. Measured sizes of stumps, had about 6 of them to grind up, and ground up one he missed on previous trip free of charge.

This was a pleasant experience and the work was done very well. Jeff is such a nice person to deal with and all work is guaranteed to please. He was very careful maneuvering his machine through the fence gate and mindful of the grass and trees.

Jeff came out to give us an estimate and saw that the stumps were in locations that would be difficult to get his machine near. The company that cut down the trees for us, did not want to try to grind them. Jeff not only was willing to do the extra work involved with the location, but did so without charging extra. We were very impressed with his honesty and willingness to figure out a way to get the job done. We would definitely recommend this company to others!

We had three pine trees removed by a tree service. The tree service wanted another $150 to grind the stumps. My husband knew Jeff (The Stump Man) from work, so I called for a second estimate. He was half the price and left the yard in better shape than it was before. He even raked the chips and blew off our driveway.
