Daniel exceeded my expectations! I had a bubbling on the ceiling of my deck where I had it enclosed & he advised me that he could fix that. I thought I needed my front porch area painted. He advised to wait until after the pressure wash to see if it needed it. He only needed to do a small area. He is very knowledgeable & competent. I will definitely use him again. I bragged about him to 2 friends & one has already used him & was thrilled with the pressure wash of her driveway.
