Marcelo Bump with The headliner Doctor came out on July 19, 2016 and removed my old headliner fabric, glued and reinstalled my headliner. Once he was reinstalling it he informed me that it was too hot to install and that the glue wasn't adhering properly but that once it cooled off I just need to press the places that were falling and they would adhere and if there was any problems to call him. I pressed my headliner in many places the minimum of 15 times. I set a timer and did it every half hour and one final time at 10 pm. The following morning it was still dropping all over the place. He also got oil on it and told me after 3 days to wipe it clean. I called him on July 20, 2016 and he said that he would return on Monday July 25th, 2016 at 11 am to shoot more glue under/into the headliner. He never showed and I called him multiple times and left him many text. I also called his other job at Homestore Realtors in Loganville and left him a message. He still hasn't returned my call or text. I left him a message on facebook....and still nothing. I have pictures on my cell phone. I checked to see if my check had cleared and it was written to him and I put a memo on it for new headliner. I am going to file a law suit against him in small claims in Gwinnett County.
