He match a competitor rate to get the job them tried to rob me. He tried to pass on the of cost material
he should buy to me. He tried to do a cheap job that failed the county inspection twice; he has no knowledge of the
electrical codes to meet the county requirement. Be careful when he tells you that you don?t
have to get the job inspected.
He is very inefficient and wasted a lot of time trying to get the job done. Then he would try to convince me to take poorly
done work, always arguing instead of fixing it. As we go through the project he would request additional money and
advancement on his contract. He would try to get away with not doing portions of the job and his favorite response is
?that was not a part of the contract?. I?d have to constantly bring him the contract to show him.
He abandoned the job after failing the inspection the 2nd time then filed a law suit against me. Very dishonest guy! He lost the law suit he filed.
"Only your own country's men would do you like this. I am so afraid to work for my own Jamaican people since working for this woman. She's a liar, controlling and dishonest individual. Yes I performed work for her and it was the most hostile work environment ever. I never asked this woman for any advances outside of the contract. She made every tradesmen life a living h*** on that job. She had the drywall and framer did her job and then chased them of because she knew they were not legal residents. Knowing she could not tried that with me, she accused me of damaging her intercom system. Fortunately for us "TG&T Electric" her husband who was not aware of her dishonesty turned the intercom on and got it to work. I asked for an apology and she refused. Then she came up with other stuff that was supposedly damaged by my team of guys and at that time I realized she wanted to play the same game that she played on the drywall Spanish guys who she worked and did not pay. I took her to court, and the only reason the Judge did not awarded what I sued for is because in filing my lawsuit against Ms. [Member Name Removed], I used my name when I should have used the company's name. She got a lucky break and I did not feel like going down that road with her for the remaining balance of just little over a thousand dollars.
