SunBrite came when they said they would, washed the roofs with amazing speed, and were unobtrusive in the process. No mess, no trampled landscaping, pleasant and respectful workers.
The results were sparkling clean roofs (in spite of being old) and sunstantially improved appearance of the community.
The only reason the rating was not "Exellent" overall is that we were not advised what the washing solution would do with respect to draining out on concrete driveways and cutbs and potentially causing streaks from the cleaning solution running across concrete. Shame on us for not asking, but some up-front advice on what to expect in this area woudl have prevented some residents from being concerned about the streaking effect from the cleaning solution running down their driveways from the downspouts.

THEY'RE GOOD ENOUGH. THEY'VE BEEN DOING SERVICE FOR US FOR THE PAST FIVE YEARS. THE QUALITY OF WORK IS GOOD. ONE TIME WE HAD A PROBLEM, AND THEY RESPONDED VERY WELL TO IT. THEIR PRICES WERE MANAGEABLE AND FAIR FOR THE SERVICE PERFORMED. THE WAY THEY DO THE WORK IS BETTER THAN SOME OTHERS.
