I submitted my project request and within minutes, I received a call from the owner. She introduced herself and proceeded to ask questions about what I wanted. She answered every question I had and addressed the concerns I had about the quality of work IF I were to hire her. She started from the rear of my house and carefully but expeditiously worked her way to the front. She even cleaned my ceiling fans!
