Description of Work: I was surprised that there were so few sewing machine repair shops around considering the popularity of sewing/quilting these days .. my friend told me that Hancock's Fabrics offered a repair service (actually they are just the drop off/pick up point, which it turns out is quite handy) .. I called and spoke with the owner/repair person, he was very nice .. he explained what would happen and it was exactly as he told me .. I dropped off my machine, I paid a $25 estimate fee (which is applied to the final cost of repairs), I dropped off my machine on a Friday (pick up day) and picked it up the next Friday .. it works great and I am quite satisfied with the process .. just a tad on the pricey side, but the convenience and prompt service was worth it .. I'm giving Sew Tech a 2 thumbs up
