+ -1 moreHe didn't finish any of the projects. I had to hire someone to correct and finish the projects. He kept asking for more money. I wouldn't recommend him to anyone. He presented a very professional bid but it was severely underbid.
Description of Work: He was to build a fountain, fireplace, pergola, a wall in front of a spa and a bar.
