We were serviced by Rocky Bhodoo. He was informative and efficient in his testing of our system. He showed and explained to us the issue. We agreed to his diagnosis. He provided multiple solutions. We chose the replacement of the unit to fix the issue. He was very efficient in the installation and he reviewed the operation of the new unit. We would recommend him and Rocky Vacuum, LLC for sure.

Impressed with 5 star reviews. After Aerus unit installed he left, we realized: the price charged for unit was changed from verbal quote of $4,250 to $4,400 ($4,664 w/tax) on sales agreement, no instruction manual, power head and hose was for a different brand vacuum Vacu-Maid, the unit had no serial number, nor the Aerus accessories (see pictures). This started our research with Aerus distributors in GA and NC about our concerns. We learned the Aerus units installed run about $2,300. We did have new unit installed that revealed issues with his install: power wire hook up and missing exhaust muffler. He is not a licensed distributor for Aerus products and purchases units from Vacu-Maid (Ponca, OK) for his sales. He would not take a credit card. To be fair, he did return our money, after a lot of stress and research time for us and discussion with him. Bottom line: Recommend anyone to do due diligence before closing any sale with any business before you have all the details.

Rocky arrived when he said he would, repaired my broken vacuum pipe and replaced a 45 year old cental vacuum unit. He was thorough and professional. I highly recommend him.

Rocky was quick to respond. He was kind and professional. He said he was giving me a new system for the price of a refurbished motor. He provided new hosed for downstairs but not upstairs. With checking average prices He seemed on the high side but promised to stand by his work.

We called Rocky to fix our central vacuum system before. Christmas. We were expecting a houseful of family. He quickly scheduled a visit and fixed the problem. All materials needed were on his truck so there was no delay in getting the job done! We even called him back about a month later for a minor issue and he returned without delay and quickly corrected the issue! Professional, personable, friendly and efficient are just a few words to describe him! We highly recommend Rocky for any needs for vacuum systems!

Rocky Vacuum was contacted via Angi on Sunday morning. I received a phone within the hour. We set a service time for Monday morning. Rocky was quick to diagnose the problem and offered options for resolution. My house vac was replaced and tested within 90 minutes. The pricing was very fair. Upon leaving he was asked about my servicing by Kirby vacuum. He stated that when i was ready, to give him a call and will come and pick it up. I found him very pleasant and forthright.
