Installed 7/13/2013; wouldn't run when calling for A/C- had to call service man to fix problem; 10/18/13 went to change the filter and could not because they installed the furnace right on the catch pan so I couildn't open the "door" to change the filter; 11/8/13 turned the heat on -- burners would not stay lit; between 11/13/15 and 1/1/14 furnace went off on safety 18 times - I reset it myself to get some heat; 12/27/13 off -- no heat, couldn't reset myself; Reliance found wire off on control board; 1/9/14 Reliance came out and put furnace on blocks like it should have been in July 2013 installation
