RPM took over the management of our home. They got all the necessary repairs done to get it ready for renting. They advertised it, screened all potential renters and then found one that was a perfect fit. Since the renters moved in they have kept track of the property to make sure it is being maintained and treated properly. They have done a fantastic job and I would highly recommend them for any owner who wants to rent their property out.
