We were in the process of selling the house, and many things needed to be done. Sandra from Rangel Contractors came to the house, we pointed out our roofing concerns and the backyard items. Over the next few weeks her crew repaired the hole in the roof, and patched the subsequent damage that was caused by water intrusion. There was no further water intrusion during the next thunderstorm, which we were glad. They did a great job with the water intrusion and now you can't even see the damage. The front of the house is on a decline so the driveway gets dirty from all the dirt runoff. They helped channel the water away from the driveway and added some stones to help with drainage. They also cleaned and pressure washed the driveway and also the back porch area. They did a great job, and everything looked very clean. After cleaning everything, they cleaned the wooden porch and repainted it so it would look good and avoid water damage. Sandra did a great job with the painting. They also helped fill in a hole in the backyard with truckloads of dirt. This took some time, but I am glad it got done, and now the hole is gone. They had to move part of the fence to get the dirt in, but they put the fence back just the way it was. Talking about fence, they also repaired a few missing sections of the fence, and painted it. The repair after painting looked the same as the current fence. Overall, they did a great job with all the little details that needed to be taken care of to make sure that our house would sell on the market. Sandra would always be available on the phone whenever I needed her, and was very friendly on helping me with everything. Additionally, the prices were reasonable and as I added more items to the list, she would always let me know how much it would cost and checking if I was ok with it before doing the work.
