Property Appraisal
The appraiser was completely clueless and appraised several properties at 1/4 of the values. When contested he refused to revise to a reasonable amount. I will never hire again.

Property Appraisal
He did the inspection of the home, then delivered the appraisal about one week later.
There were some obvious mistakes on the appraisal. He had our lot size wrong and had picture in the appraisal that was not our home.
His appraisal method compared to others is purely off the charts (from a low perspective). He would not give comparable credit for additional lot size, brick - vs - stucco, etc, that appraisers had previously given credit for.
After an attempt to appeal, he admitted the obvious mistakes, however would not review any further to look at the value. Extremely closed minded and stubborn.
He almost acts as though he is mad at society, and he is trying to get back at it one appraisal at a time.
Avoid this guy at all costs. Uses only the closest homes to compare, regardless of condition, then refuses to admit mistakes. Sloppy work, including entering wrong data in appraisal, and wrong pictures.
Not a true professional to work with. He is assured to waste your time and money and give you an extremely low appraisal!!!!
