Description of Work: To conform to code, all electrical junction boxes above drop ceiling in basement room were moved to an adjacent room with drop ceiling and all neccessary re-wiring was redone to overhead lighting, switches and wall outlets to remove all overhead electrical junction boxes. Tray ceiling framing was done to accomodate existing HVAC duct work and gas supply pipe. Sheetrock, mud and tape was then installed on the ceiling, and tray walls. (Sheetrock was already existing on the main walls.) Plastic was hung in doorways and HVAC intakes to prevent dust from spreading Sheetrock joints were finish sanded to complete the job. All excess dust was swept and vaccumed at the end of the job.
