This is the letter we wrote to the landscaping company (edited to be under 1000 characters): Dear Frank, This letter to let you know our concerns with lawn installation. It has now been over a month since installation and the following are several points we would like to make: 1. We found material used for topsoil contained considerable amt of rocks and when dry, is hard, brittle and almost the color of sand. Yard was to be graded smooth, specifically move soil from back of house to prevent water flowing to foundation. This was not done and we spent a day with shovels transferring that dirt to outlying beds and raking the area smooth. Yard now more uneven than before, difficult to walk on w/o boots. The perimeter beds were clearly defined from the lawn before the bobcat work. Now there is no clear definition as bed edging was raked over with the bobcat. Grass has now grown in. Color is mixed, with areas of yellow, pale green and dark green and TONS of weeds. Please remind us of warrant
