They did a good job when I hired them to do the fence for me. However when I called about 6 months later for a service call (because my dog was jumping over the fence and terrorizing my neighbors yard). Michael returned my phone call he troubleshot over the phone for about 15 minutes, then he asked me to hold because he has another call. I waited for 20 minutes then the phone disconnected. I called back left 2 more messages and also stated in the message I was not looking for anything free I just wanted to get the fence working and I was willing to pay, but no one called back. I then left 6 messages over a 4 day period. No call. However when I asked my mother to call from her cell phone and to leave a message that she need an estimate Mr. Cooper called her back within 30 minutes. I do not recommend this company if anything goes wrong they are not going to come out and fix it. My problem is still not fixed and nobody will call me back.Do not use this company.
