 + -1 moreWAYNE IS VERY POLITE AND PUNCTUAL. HE MAKES HIMSELF AVAILABLE FOR CONSULTING HELP, OVER THE PHONE, AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. HE COMES TO YOUR HOME TO TAKE YOUR PC TO HIS OFFICE, TO GET THE JOB DONE RIGHT. WE USED ANOTHER COMPANY FOR VIRUS REMOVAL PRIOR TO PERRETT, AND THEY WERE EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE (HOURLY RATE TO FIX THE PC IN THE USER'S HOME). PERRETT IS LIGHT YEARS BETTER THAN THIS OTHER COMPANY. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.
Description of Work: THIS COMPANY IS OUTSTANDING. IT IS LIKE HAVING YOUR OWN PERSONAL IT HELP DESK. WAYNE HAS HELPED US, TWICE, GET RID OF NUMEROUS VIRUS INFECTIONS IN OUR HOME PC. HE ALSO INSTALLED ADDITIONAL MEMORY, AND WILL VOLUNTARILY LOAD OTHER HELPFUL ITEMS (SPYBOT....ADAWARE...ETC).
