I had some washers that had to be replaced. He took care of them too. He did a good job.

Called David He gave a estimate over the phone indicating (in not so many words) that water heaters are not rockket science and that unless there were complicated and unforseen circumstances which I did not fully describe, that the estimate would be the final bill. He came out the next morning with the replacement heater and required expansion tank. He and his assistant worked for a few hours, cleand up and departed with the old unit. Indeed, not rocket science and the bill was the same as the estimate. The main reason I gave a B for quality is that based on the other estimates there is a possibility that the install is not 100% to current code but the other estimates were also different from each other, listing different items required to meet code, so who knows. Good Work!

My wife was present for the work and reports they were on time, extremely courteous, and professional. I would not hesitate to call them again.

Mr. White arrived and questioned me on problem. He checked the outside water meter to see if water was being lost. It was not. He then pulled washer to get at wall where leak was. He noticed mildew on dry wall and was sure that was leak area. Cut dry wall and sure enough there was leak and bad fitting. He had to go to supplier to get correct part. To be able to get to part a PVC pipe had to be partially removed to install part. Both were then repaired and leak was fixed. Overall I was extremely pleased with the quick and efficient job Mr White did. It could not have been done any better. I thought the time invested by him and his assistant to complete the job and total cost was very fair. Highly recommend this company. Mr. White involved me in entire process and explained what was going on.

The leak developed in the middle of the night on Mother's Day. I called Mr. White and he returned my call later that day. He arrived at my house the next morning between 9:30 am and 10 am. The repair to the pipe was complete within an hour.

I knew that I was required to get a permit to do this work and they were the only company that was willing to get that for us. They were also the only plumber that suggested doing the work the way I wanted it done. All the other plumbers suggested going around the garage to make the job easier.

Perimeter Plumbing did a great job on the plumbing for my basement bathroom. They were very professional and responded quickly to my requests. They came out and looked at the job first and then gave us an estimate and charged exactly what they estimated.

I called David and set up a time. He and his son came and completed the job. They double checked all the toilets to be sure they were working properly and made sure everything was cleaned up or put away. David came in, assessed each situation, and repaired/replaced only what needed to be repaired/replaced. As a result, the actual cost was less than anticipated.

A wonderful experience. David was punctual, polite, and extremely helpful, and even made an extra trip with no extra charge. I highly recommend Perimeter Plumbing to everyone in Gwinnett County.

Was prompt, did work in a timely manner. Cleaned up mess and was very polite.

Mr. White came out the same day and took care of the problem. We also discussed possibly doing a tankless water heater installation in the not-to-distant future. He gave what I perceived as an honest assessment of the pros and cons of a tankless system, and his price estimate appeared to be reasonable.

DAVID WAS GREAT. CALLED BACK PROMPTLY. SHOWED UP ON TIME. WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. PERFORMED SMOOTHLY AND EFFICIENTLY. CHARGED A VERY REASONABLE RATE. WILL USE AGAIN.
