The sliding shelves were installed in existing cabinets.
However, there are 2 issues that they will not call me back to resolve. And I am willing to pay for the work but they won't even acknowledge the contact. 
1- one of the drawers is about 1/2 " too narrow and the pans will not lay flat in the drawer.
2-we had one of the cabinets fitted for perpendicular slots to be able to store trays. After putting existing trays and platters in there I wanted to add a few more slots.
I left many voicemail's and sent emails with pictures and Dan refuses to call me back or even acknowledge them.
It's a real shame. 
Don't rely on them for any type of customer service or customer satisfaction.

They did very good quality work. They got the job done in about 10 days. They scheduling was just fine. They cleanup was just fine and they removed everything they were supposed to.

They did a awesome job. They pulled out some shelves and everything. A secretary that was there and they built me custom cabinets. I have pull out drawers and you open up the shelves and pull out. It's just amazing. The scope of the work they did, they were much less than people who are not professional that I have to do other work for me and their price was $4000 for all the cabinet work, two other prices was $6000 that doesn't have even painting. It took me three months to decide whether I'd go with them because I kept taking estimates. They had the best plan, they're really good about coming and sketching everything and made sure my husband was here and he understood also.
