PDI

We will never return to PDI again.  We haggled with them for over 6 months regarding the magnifying mirrors that were missing from the medicine cabinets.  The consultant even promised us to order them separately one at a time to get them for us because the sales rep told her she had to do it that way. After checking with her multiple times and finding she was still waiting to receive them, my husband paid a visit to PDI to find out that our consultant no longer worked for PDI and no mirrors were on their way.  He was given the name of another consultant who was supposed to see what she could do for us.  Again, more phone calls and after a month we were told we could buy the mirrors from PDI at a discounted rate.  One reason I chose these beautiful medicine cabinets is because of the magnifying mirror within the cabinet; then I would not have to hang such a mirror in my beautiful new bathroom.   PDI claims on its website to give "first class service."  It does not do so.  If I ever remodel another bathroom, I will use PDI as a showroom, but I will not order from them.  I can get the same materials from somewhere else and get much better customer service.

From identification of fixtures needed to pricing, ordering, and delivery Service by showroom personnel and delivery were excellent.
I visited the showroom once and all other contacts were by telephone or e-mail.  The delivery was to my home 30 miles from the showroom at the modest price of $30.
