I have used them for 22 years. I like them very much. They have been very nice. They actually came and got a rat out of my attic, which was very nice of them. I will continue to use this service.

Orkin does a great job of termite prevention. We don't have termites and they are around in this part of the country. Orkin comes very reliably and faithfully every month. We also pay them on a monthly basis. I have no complaints with them at all.

The guy that came out to my home was only here for about 20 minutes and was not very thorough at all. I thought he did a poor job. The treatment that they gave us was supposed to last for 10 years and we still had issues with termites. They charged us a lot of money and they didn't do the job right. We were disgusted with the service overall. I would not recommend them.
