Miss Nadine Maxwell have been preparing our tax returns. We have been pleased with her service in a number of ways. Nadene helped me a few years back when I first retained her after my "Bookkeeper", also known as "The Tax Lady" Linda Luna, did my taxes for years and caused me untold problems with the Ga. DoR and the IRS. I had to mortgage my home to pay taxes and penalties Linda Luna caused me. Nadene dealt with the IRS and Ga. DoR and sorted out the problems, did as much as she could to rectify the issues, and then put my firm on the right track. She has been diligent in making sure everything is accounted for (no pun intended), every nickel is noted from what account and for what purpose. She's quick to ask the questions so the taxes and accounting can be done correctly. I've found her extremely polite, friendly but professional, and on top of the new laws that come out. I have never had a problem reaching her or getting a response or explanation for things that I don't understand. She is very good at what she does, and communicates exactly as I needed her to in order to work as a team toward those business aspects we lawyers do not understand.

Nadene was very nice and professional. I needed my taxes done as soon as possible and she completely everything in a timely manner. She was very thorough and explained everything to me step by step in detail. She was very interested in my well being as a client. Nadene did an excellent job with my taxes. She was very responsive during a busy tax season and still completed everything on time and with accuracy. Nadene was quick to respond to my many questions as well. I've never used a tax accountant before, but this year my taxes were complicated. Nadene was very organized and simplified the process.

I initially contacted Nadene because of reviews that were posted on the Angiie's List website. I had decided that I wanted to try out a new accountant. I contacted her from the website & she responded within 30 minutes. She requested my contact information & said that she would get back to me within a few days. I finally decided to contact her after 2 days. She apologized for not getting back to me quickly due to other client issues. I set up an appointment with her & she emailed me a checklist of documents & other information that she would need to prepare my income tax returns. I met with her on the appointed date & time. She was cordial & professional. We sat & discussed the documents that I brought & she told me her strategy for preparation of my returns. I gave her a $100.00 retainer to start the process. She called me a few days later to request some further information & the following week she notified me that my returns were complete & ready for my review. I went to her office about 2 weeks after I contacted her initially to pick up my returns & pay the remainder of my bill. She went over the returns as well as strategy for the filing of next year's returns. She was thorough & all of the documents were presented neatly in a folder. I was very pleased with her services & will definitely continue to use her as my accountant.

Nadene did a wonderful job with my taxes.  I contacted her after getting no responses from local Florida accountants.  She works from Georgia and has an easy to use and secure system to transfer documents.  Her communication was always very prompt and she guided me through everything.  She worked through some usual items on my return and spoke directly with my partnership accountants.  She sent me a summary copy of everything that was very clearly organized and thorough.  It was a pleasure working with her and I expect to work with her from now on.

I contacted Nadene and told her what I need to accomplish, she gave me an initial consultation, and a written estimate after her initial research on my account status.  There was nothing in the estimate that was out of line, and she completed the estimated work almost immediately.  She explained everything in detail, also answered questions succinct and to the point without over complicating matters.  Very pleased with her service and work, we will continue working with her.  Thank you!

She is good at what she does. It was a good experience you know because she explains everything to you and the things you should write off I mean she educates you which I like.

She was very prompt in responding, and even took the time to talk with me and answer questions on our specific situation before I hired her. Her work was very thorough and we have a fairly complicated return. I'm glad to have found a good accountant. We will be utilizing her for tax planning services for this year and definitely using her again for 2014 tax return.

Ms. Maxwell was very prompt, and replied right away to all my questions.  After I tried to use Turbo Tax, and was up to owing thousands of dollars, I hired Ms. Maxwell.  The result was such a releif, we ended up owing the same amount to the IRS as we got refunded from the state, so it was a wash.  My husband and I are so pleased with the service we received as well as the results :)  and will be sure to refer our friends to her.

Nadene knew all the questions to ask and completed our returns within only a few days. I had alot of questions about my daughter's return and she was willing to answer each one. She was even willing to take the time to talk to my daughter. Our refund turned out to be more then what I had originally expected.
