The initial visit went great. They get the maintenance done in about 20 minutes. If they need to come into the house they inform us when they are coming and they also inform us when they are coming out if they are just doing the exterior.

This visit, like all others, has been perfect.  The company is efficient, timely, and responsive. Any time we have had any sort of bug problem, they send someone out very quickly to ltake care of it.  We have had the same technician (Trever)  for several years, and he is excellent. It's a pleasure to have the same person to work with each time because the is familiar with the property and with us. Everyone at the company is polite, they come when they say they will come, and they always leave a form in the door detailing what was done if we happen not to be home when they come.

They do a good job, and they're green. The guy that comes and does my house is always the same guy. I know him, and I have his cell phone number. If I need him, I can call him. So, it's pretty personal. He knows my house and how I like it. There are no complaints.

I haven't had any problems with bugs since we started using them. I am really picky, but they work with me really well. They took me down to half for a year or two, because I was having financial difficulty.

 I usually know they are there because they leave me a note when they come.  They clean all the over hangs and soffits of spider webs and wasps nests.  They treat all around the house.  They are usually here about a half hour.  I have no complaints about them.  Their punctuality is impressive.  They will call on a quarterly basis and say they are coming and see if there is any issue with the date.  They say they will treat the outside of the house and that's exactly what they will do.

I have used Northwest for a long time and I have always liked the job that they do. I have recommended them to family and friends as well. I believe they use a Sentricon termite baiting system. The price that I pay is a quarterly rate.

I use this company because they are good. They spray well and I haven't had any problems with termites. I really trust these guys. They are quick, efficient, and well priced. They are excellent!

I WAS SURPRISED AND DISAPPOINTED IN THE FOLLOW-UP SERVICE, WE HAD REPORTED A SWARM OF TERMITES AND NO ONE RETURNED MY CALLS, ALSO WHEN THEY CAME FOR THE YEARLY CHECKUP AND CHARGE 100 DOLLARS AND THEY JUST LOOKED AROUND

NOT DISSATISFIED, DID A DECENT JOB.
