I actually had to get educated on doing reviews for people and with this particular company. I had some concerns that I should’ve addressed it with the owner, who cleaned my carpet. Let me tell you this man came back redid the couch spectacularly turned around and because I did not have the particular sofa at my home, made a trip outside of his area, went and cleaned the sofa again This man is amazing and just upfront. I just want to say I do apologize. Yes I have and will use this person again.

This is privately owned. The owner is very respectful. He is on time. He explains the process and he works hard. Hi myself was not jumping up for joy because the stains in the couch did not get out as much as I wanted and I still have to get the couch recleaned.

I would definitely use again. He was very informative and the guck he got out my carpet was so disgusting. Carpet didnt even look that dirty but he sure made it look new again.

He was good at what he does but customer service is a little off. I asked him to wear a mask and his response was I have been vaccinated, the point is you could still be a carrier and if I ask you to wear a mask in MY HOUSE, thatâ s what I mean. It is to keep everyone in MY HOUSE safe. Not a debate but other than that the cleaning was very thorough.
