Got dryer cleaning service provided me with quick and efficient service also recommended replacement of dryer tube my previous was dinged up pretty bad.

What I liked was the attention the cleaners gave to detail and my expectations. I had first cleaning only, and looking forward to monthly or bi monthly cleaning not sure yet.

Hired for deep cleaning... before they left I asked if they got the dirt between the stair rails, or get dust collection off fan blades, get the streaks off stainless steel kitchen appliance, get dust off blinds... they answered no and left. Great service not... deep cleaning my ()*&*(^

We hired North Atlanta Cleaning Service for a newly purchased home that we wanted cleaned prior to moving in. When I inquired about them cleaning the windows, I was told it would be done. We went with an elite package to ensure that everything I wanted cleaned would be taken care of. Unfortunately, it was not and we ended spending hundreds of dollars for a home (that was pretty clean to begin with) to get cleaned with the 1 thing that really needed cleaning (our windows) not getting done. If your home is already in decent condition, this may not be the best fit for you. We tried to speak with the owner regarding our disappointment and he instead referred us to other companies.

The service provided by North Atlanta was pretty good. Based on the reviews I read before working with them, I made sure to verify the details of what would and wouldn't be done when the staff arrived. All work was done well, though I'm inclined to believe the level of service may have been related to the ironing out of details before hand. The owner is a "fast talker" that didn't come off genuine in person. Additionally though he quoted me one price, once he realized I had a 10% coupon, he had "additional charges" that created an increase, so that once the percentage was discounted I was back at my original price. Extremely disappointed that he made subjective calls as to a room being "so big it counted as two" without notice or any standard for that comparison. A room is a room, regardless of your opinion on the sizing. Pleased they were able/willing to handle my request so quickly, but not sure if I will be using them in the future. I don't like nickel and diming or feeling like I can't trust your pricing. Update to owner's response: If that is the room sizing, it should be in the written quote. Additionally, on arrival, I would recommend staff notifying the patron that the room would be counted as two. This was not mentioned until you arrived to do carpets and even then is was when I inquired on something else that you mentioned charging me extra for the master bedroom and closet...so TWO additional rooms because they were bigger charged twice for cleaning and carpet cleaning. As mentioned, it's just ironic that you ended up back at the same original pricing before my discount.

Arrived on time and did the job in a timely and professional manner.

I was very displeased with the job. I paid $240 for three ladies that were here one hour, and they didn't do everything they said they did.

Sub-par work. The crew was nice and quick but my bathrooms weren't done completely. When I contacted the owner and sent him pics he was very hesitant to want to help me and didn't say he would schedule a new cleaning to fix the mistakes until after I told him HIS guarantee says he would fix it. When he finally text me to reschedule a week later, I told him no thanks.
