They told me that the technician would call within 5-7 days. 10 days after that, I finally called this company to have them come look at my couch. The technician was late beyond his 2 hour window, and did not communicate much with me. He took apart my sectional couch, in order to turn it over and see what was going on with the springs. He took pictures, and a few days later, I was informed that my couch would not be covered under the warranty. He never put my sectional couch back together, so I am now left with a broken couch that I have no way of putting back together on my own, and at some level, they were involved in not having the warranty cover the broken springs (even though we purchased the couch with a 5 year warranty, and we are in year 2). It makes me wonder if they told the warranty company that my fix would not be covered in order to have me call them to fix it...and pay them instead of having it covered by our warranty.
