I'm very pleased with the service I've gotten. The people are friendly and easy to deal with. They really do a good inspection. Over the years they've found several issues and brought them to my attention. My crawl space is very tight but they crawl under and do a thorough inspection. Once they found dampness/water under the house. Another time some rotting wood near the foundation, outside the house had termites which they killed. I called they out for what turned out to be winged ants - no charge for the trip and free advice. They are good people and I highly recommend. I also use them for quarterly pest control since they did so good.
