My hero of the day - I called in to report a water main service leak which he arrived within 2 hrs as promised. He was able to immediately assess the problem after doing a little digging within the hour and making the necessary repairs in complete time of under 3 hours. There was no need to replace the service line to the house , only what was needed. Thank goodness this issue did not turn into a major project that required big bucks and we were treated fairly and with integrity.

In the coldest week of the year, my water heater was not heating my water. I called M.R. Plumbing. Mike sent someone out within 30 min. He verified that the water heater was dead, and agreed to install a new one immediately. The job was done within 2 hours! I am so impressed by this company, and the man who came to my home.

The only company I will be using. On time, pleasant. I would recommend him. He knows what he is doing and he gets the job done. You can't go wrong with M. R. Plumbing.

I'm a stickler for research before hiring any company for a relatively (for me) big project. The "big" project started as a small DIY job as I went to replace a leaky catch pipe for the bathroom sink. The chrome catch pipe, as it turned out, was so corroded from the inside, it split apart when I was loosening the lock. The split took off part of the pipe leading into the wall. This no longer was a do-it-yourself job. So I had narrowed my plumber search to two via Angie's List but I kept coming back to M.R. Plumbing (via Homeadvisor.com). The free estimate was a big draw but the huge number positive reviews made it easy to give them a try. I'm more than happy with the result. Johnny and Matt showed up the same day as my initial call. I got an immediate and great estimate which I quickly accepted. Within the next hour of saying yes, they sawed off the rest of the broken pipe and replaced my mess. They were extremely professional and friendly. I have another plumbing project planned for next Spring and know I don't need to research for plumbers anymore. I found them.

Mike's helped me with my plumbing challenges for the past decade. He's always been on the spot and very fair with his pricing. He just helped we replace a water heater on short notice. Really glad to recommend him.

M.R. Plumbing is the ONLY company in Atlanta I would recommend for plumbing. I have worked with Mike since 1992 and he professional and pleasant. His finish work is excellent. He most recently came to do a whole house plumbing job and brought Carlos to help... They are excellent plumbers and really nice people.

This job was contracted out to Johnny Holmes, Sr. of Plumbing Innovations. Johnny did a great job. He called to tell me he was on the way, he arrived on time, worked efficiently, was very cordial and cleared the clog in our kitchen sink.

Recently we had a water main break at our home. Mike Reynolds called within ten minutes of my request for pros on HA. He arrived on Friday morning to estimate the project and had it completed by Saturday evening. My wife and I were out of town but no worries. Mike called several times and texted me a pic of the completed work. He was very professional and responsive. There wasn't any aspect of the project he did not have deep exerience. I actually had two other plumbers coming out for estimates, but after meeting Mike I called and canceled those appointments and hired Mike. I also asked Mike about replacing the pressure valve that another plumber tried to talk us into, but he said it was just an upswell and that we were fine with what we had. Now that's an honest plumber!

Carlos and Fred did a great job on my laundry room relocation. They were thurough in their analysis of what the job entailed and provided a solid quote. They ran into serious challenges along the way resulting in a lot of head scratching, complaining, aches, pains and more drywall damage than I expected but they managed to overcome the obstacles and get the job done. A 1-2 day job turned into a 4 day job but they worked long and hard. Nice and knowledgeable guys who do the job right. Definitely, recommended!

I was exoecting a courtesy call regarding appointment. Unfortunately had to call 30 minutes prior and remind of original appointment time but he did make it on time.

Mike was very professional, customer service focused, extremely knowledgeable and driven to resolve our problem expediently. Others said I can come tomorrow, Mike said I will come today. He was able to determine where the water main leak was in 35 minutes. My leak was was completely repaired in 1 hour 20 minutes. M. R. Plumbing, Inc is a quality operation! And Mike You The Man!!!!

Carlos also installed a kitchen faucet for me. My experience with M.R. Plumbing was the best. I have already recommended it to several of my friends.
