 + -1 moreONE OF THE BEST EXPERIENCES I HAVE EVER HAD WITH A SERVICE PERSON. LIVIUS TOOK THE TIME TO EDUCATE ME ABOUT WHAT I SHOULD DO IN THE CASE OF AN EMERGENCY, AS WELL AS HOW TO USE EACH PART OF THE SYSTEM AND THE CHEMICALS. HE WAS EXTREMELY COURTEOUS AND REALLY CARED THAT I UNDERSTAND HOW TO DO EVERYTHING (I AM A NEW POOL OWNER). I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM!!
Description of Work: THE FIRST TIME I USED THE SERVICE, LIVIUS HELPED ME CLEAN UP A VERY OUT OF CONTROL POOL. IT WAS SO BAD WITH ALGAE, ETC, THAT IT TOOK SEVERAL HOURS. AFTER THAT WHEN I HAD AN EMERGENCY WITH THE SYSTEM, HE WOULD COME DURING THE EVENING AND WORK VERY LATE TO GET IT FIXED. SOMETIMES HE HAD TO WAIT UNTIL THE NEXT DAY TO GET THE PARTS, THEN HE RETURNED AND COMPLETED THE JOB. HE DID ALL OF THIS DESPITE THE FACT I WAS NOT A REGULAR CUSTOMER OF HIS.
