The builder of the house didn't put flashing under all of the rear deck.. This caused water to come back under the siding and over time rotted the wood paneling. Mike and his team completed all the work in timely manner and on budget. I have additional work planned for the basement and I will be contacting Metro Handyman Services again.

Mike came and gave me an estimate for the jobs I needed done. He and his team were very punctual and very good. I would definitely recommend this company!!

They are wonderful. I've been working with Mike for how many years now and they did an excellent job. They can do just everything, they are mindful on time and very reliable. Excellent service.

We have no issues with the light fixture installation.
We paid the provider to fix the gutter and over two months later, it is still not fixed. He has worked on it but nothing he has done has fixed the issue. He also installed a splash guard that looks AWFUL and when advised to remove it, he did not.
The back splash has flaws, such as uneven pattern and not level in spots.
Several times the provider said that he would call us and he did not. He also said that he would start a specific job, such as fixing the front door, during a specific week and was a no call / no show.
We will NOT be using this provider again and we will NOT recommend him.

We had an area in the corner of our garage that had been leaking for a long time. After taking off the cedar siding we discovered a huge hole in the backer board (wood rot). A friend told us about Angie's list so we joined and started searching for someone to do this work. I obtained a quote from Mike at Metro Handyman Services and another company. When I called Metro Handyman Services Mike answered the phone and came out within 48 hrs. He knew immediately what needed to be done, made some great suggestions to divert the water from the house and wrote out a quote. That was on Sept. 10th and the work was done on Sept. 18th.
Mike and his crew were prompt, professional and did a great job. We had a massive rain storm three days later so we continually checked the area for water and it stayed dry. YEA! We didn't have the paint at the time for them to paint the siding so they are coming back out this week. We would highly recommend this company to anyone and will use them again if needed.

Mike showed up on time and was very friendly and explained how they were going to repair my house. The two workers with him were friendly also. I would certainly recommend Metro Handyman to anyone that wants a job done right at a reasonable price and in a friendly manner!

He is a consummate professional who does what he promises in a clean, reliable and quality manner. He shows up on time, communicates with you about the project both before, during and after, and uses quality materials. His pricing is fair and upfront, with any changes in project scope being discussed prior to proceeding. I have referred him to numerous friends who used him to do jobs, and resoundingly I have always received a "thank you" from my friends for the referral. I can't recommend Mike highly enough.

Timely, came back to complete work as promised, the work looks good. Did not change estimate just because the work was a little more involved then expected or the price of materials was more. I did not have time to obtain multiple price quotes but the itemized explanation of the prices for each job seemed within reason.
