It was something odd because they said they were going to come out on Wednesday the 3rd of February at 6 pm and I got home on time and waited. I called them on Friday and told them that they did not show up and she checked with her guys and they told her that they were here. Since I was the customer and was put out by another week, they told me that they would come out whenever I was there. We decided on Saturday and they were supposed to be there at 8 am, but they got there quarter to 8 and just waited outside till it was 8. They were trying to be very accommodating over the phone and I thought that was good. The guys that came out seemed very nice and I could understand them for the most part and I thought it was okay, except for the part that they said they came out when they did not.
