MASON MECHANICAL SERVICE

The were suppose to be here at 7:30 a.m, so I took off work and waited and waited. Finally around 10:30 a.m I called. They misplaced my appointment, then told me they'd be right out. So I waited, they finally show up at 12:30 p.m. When they come to the door, they said they were here to service my air conditioner. I told them on the phone I wanted a quote for a new heat pump. They went around back and looked at the unit. for 2 or 3 minutes, just long enough to write down information for the unit. Something a 4 year old could do. Then came around asking for money. I asked them what for. They said, "for the service call". They admitted they did nothing but still required $68, on their website it advertises "Free Quote". It's been a month and a half and still no quote. In the meantime, I've already had the unit replaced for over a month by a better, more qualified company and much better price. Stay away from this company.
