Great! Doug was knowledgeable about so many things. He fixed a recliner chair and repaired a few other things he found faulty as he was working. He was prompt, and really patient with my homebound cousin helping get her into the bathroom to test if the bars were in the right place. His pricing was vey fair. He was personable and compassinate with my cousin who can be a challenge. I'll be calling on Doug in the future for further projects..
