Lica did a wonderful job. Responding promptly and came out and gave me a very competitive offer. They were out to complete the job a few days later and the stairs now look beautiful.

Lica Hardwood Floors, LLC refinished our 25 year old hard wood floor. We went from the outdated finish to what looks like a brand new modern makeover. Everyone says its looks great & and we are much happier with our older home now. I would recommend them to anyone desiring a quality job at a great price.

We ended up with a appearance mismatch between steps and floor! Didn t bother to respond to my email. Argumentative etc. Not happy and have to hire somebody to fix it now. Should have simply bought new wood for little more.

They dont clean after themself t. They donâ t finish the shomolding they move furniture but the put them over all dosety floor and itâ s a hard job to clean I had to rent a industrial vacuum to clean after them. Over all not happy at all.

I would recommend these guys to friends and family. Very meticulous and they do quality work.

Salesman Ali gave misinformation on appointments, cleanup, matching of floors,number of coats for stain and polyurethane(not enough coats used so floors don't match) and mislead us on who would be responsible for moving furniture.

I would highly recommend Lica hardwood floors for anyone who is planning to have hard wood flooring for a reasonable pricing. Ali is very knowledgeable and is great to work with and provides great options for various budget options. the workers did a great job and completed the work on time and with great detail and finishing.

In the beginning I had a bad experience. The quality, customer service and value for money was bad. After a year and a half I was able to contact the owner and they were able to fix my flooring.

Wrong measurement, and when asked for details, measured again. Which came to 40 percent less.

Excellent work by professionals. Upfront about what they would do and they did it. Moved the furniture for the job and moved it back when finished. We are so pleased with the family room hardwood flooring, that we will have the master bedroom done in a few months. Ali handled the contract, and Mike and his partner installed. They were pleasant, honest, and on time.

I had the pleasure of working with Ali. One of the nicest people I have ever worked with. Came to my house on short notice and showed me the options to choose from. Took measurements and in a matter of days, I had a new floor! No hidden fees and they beat both Home Depot and Lowes prices by $600! The crew that installed were quick and precise. They knew what they were doing. This is a family run business which I was very pleased with and would definitely recommend them and use them again.

unprofessional, Refinish hardwood flooring... Did not cover large fixtures as we were told, ripped off bottom of a door guard and did not replace, stole personal property. they were to compensate for dust cleaning, and did not. left several oil dripping spots on driveway from their van, leaking oil. our garage was completely filled with sanding dust... totally unprofessional

Ali and Lica did a nice job on refinishing my hardwood floors at a fair price. i will have to paint all the 1/4 round floor trim now, but the floors look nice.
