Kwaku Plumbing came to my house and checked my plumbing problem and stated that I actually did not have a problem so no work was done but he explained everything to me. He was very professional and knowledgeable He did not charge for the service call and had great customer service when I called for an appt. I will definitely call them when I do have a plumbing problem.

I would like to think that I am good at clearing a clogged kitchen sink drain as have been successful in doing so many times, but not this time> I tried everything I could think of including snaking it with no results. So Kwaku Pluming for the job. He came on a Sunday at no extra charge. His fee was much more reasonable than any other company that gave me a quote. He arrived about 15 minutes after we talked on the phone. And in less than a hour he was done & my sink drain was unclogged. He said if I still had a problem for whatever reason he would come back at no charge & get the pipe unclogged. But I have had no problems & I am a happy customer. I highly recommend Kwaku for unstopping a drain.

Overall an excellent job, and quick. Came same day I called. Was here for 90 minutes, so the onetime fee seemed high, but he had the skills to fix the problem. He did say that if we had the problem again, to call him and he would clear it for free. I hope I won't need him.

He was fast arriving and fast in finishing the project. The price was more than he originally quoted, but he ran into some problems with the line. He was quite pleasant and knowledgeable of the situation. Worked looked good as he had to end up having to dig up some pipes in the yard, because of a root running through the pipe. He finished the job very quickly, or at least I thought he completed it quickly.

First plumber to call and was at my house within the hour! Drained cleared, replaced shower head and thorough with checking on a few other things as well. Would definitely recommend him. Side note: great with dogs and very friendly.

Arrived in 45 minutes and resolved issue at a price less than my previous plumber quoted with a next day response. My fo to plumber has now changed.
