I highly recommend Josip for your flooring needs. Josip went out of his way to help me with my project. He is a man with exceptional generosity and kindness. I live in metro Atlanta and he drove to South Carolina to procure wood for my floors. The wood that I selected was not the length that I preferred. His crew expertly cut the wood to my desired length. They were very professional and provided exceptional attention to detail. They did an amazing job. My wood floors are beautiful and I could not be more pleased. I will definitely use him for any future projects.

Josip installed floors 12/2019 says I have a 2 year warranty. Nov. 2020 one area of floor was coming apart. Josip sent a worker out to repair he was unable. So early Dec 2020 Josip came to inspect he promised to come back in 2 weeks. Never came not answer text phone calls even message left on VM service. Finally answered one call said worker had covid and he was quarantined that was after Christmas. It's now May 2021 I have 42 calls to him leaving a voice message. Over 50 text never responded. Install was great but follow-up gave me a different opinion. It is May 2021 still no response. Guess I will be going to small claims court now they open again. So sad I thought he was a honest guy.

Joseph is so GREAT!!!!! He is so quick to respond to any questions or concerns. He tries to be cost efficient and is willing to help in anyway he can. He arrives as promised and tries to be as quick and efficient as possible. He and his team did an excellent job on replacing the carpet in two rooms with hardwood and Vinyl planks. I will definitely be using him for any future projects. Highly recommend.

We had an unusual install because our floor were not level, but JM Floors was excellent. They did great work for a very reasonable price, and I would definitely use them again.

Took up carpet, sub flooring was crumbling. Josip and his crew replaced sub floor and installed bamboo flooring . They moved and replaced all furniture all I had to do was watch! Could not ask for a more friendly or professional job. Looks great, thanks Josip . I recommend Josip to everyone. Don't settle for a random contractor, get Josip, the best.

I had real hardwood floors added to the bedrooms to match the existing wood floors in the living area. I had had prefinished flooring installed in other homes, but not dealt with unfinished. I wish there had been more discussion. I would have scheduled it differently. They did a beautiful job, but their cleanup could have done better.

They took pride in their work and made sure we were happy with our floors. My husband and didn t agree on the color of the stain for our floors but they helped us make a decision by testing several different stains until we found the color that we liked. We are happy with our floors.

The finished job was sloppy and damaged my floors, when I reached out to them to fix their mistakes. Ive been blown off and laughed at by the workers with zero resolution..its been a nightmare. They damaged a $2000 sectional.

Poly coat didn?t seal the wood (needed 3 coats, got 2 max). Finally came back a month later for the additional coat. I wasn?t at the house and the installer simply coated over new stains in the floor. Proper approach to remedy would be to sand and re-coat. Tired of chasing. Talented, good intentions, etc but apparently too busy to properly finish an already paid job.

In todays world it is hard to find someone to quote a job and then have it completed in the time frame price and quality that was stated in the quote. JM Floors did all of that.
