great. Apparently this is a very small company so it takes a while to get on their calendar but once they show up they do a great go. They gave me a 15 minute window for the appointment time (yes you read that right - a 15 minute window) but they did not show 30 minutes early! they quickly identified that problem that we have other companies look at several times but without success. They fixed the problem! and it has stayed fixed. Well worth the wait.

Wow! These guys were a breath of fresh air.
After a poor experience with another appliance repair company (I'll write them up, too), I knew I needed to find someone who wasn't going to blatantly rip me off. The first company charged $89 for the service call where 2 men came and told me that they couldn't assess the problem with the refrigerator because it was improperly installed. They wanted $349 to come back and re-install it. Then the assessment could be done (for additional cost). Forget it!
I spoke with Jordan on the phone and explained what I thought we needed and she made an appointment for the next day. Serge came to the house right on time and was friendly and very professional. He said he needed another person to help him get the refrigerator installed properly. A few minutes later, Peter, the owner showed up. In no time, these guys had my huge SubZero fridge & freezer properly in place. They added the front feet that we misplaced. After cleaning the condenser and fan system, they said it should be fine. The two cold spots my husband noticed will not be a problem until we see frost gather. Then it will be time to replace the condenser unit.
Now, we figured the 18 year old refrigerator might be on its last leg; we were prepared to hear that we needed the new condenser unit (a $1200-1300 repair). When I told Peter that I was half expecting him to sell me the big repair, he said that I don't need it yet and when the time comes, he hopes we'll call and give him the business. You bet we will!
He also said that the SubZero units are workhorses. Because they don't have computerized electronics, there is very little that can go wrong.  I'm so glad to know that when the time comes, we can replace the refrigeration element and the fan and it will be good as new.  New units are super expensive.
If you have expensive appliances, this is a repair company you can trust. They know the equipment, are honest, and fair.

We have a home warranty and they usually select a provider for services. Any time I need something done on an appliance, I specifically request Innovative Appliance. Peter is amazingly responsive, communicative, punctual and efficient. He always manages to work around our schedule and fix issues that have arisen.

They are easy to connect, fast at responding, they do work on time, and come for appointments on time, and they come on time and efficiently.
