I WOULD BE VERY WARY OF HIRING HOUSE DOCTORS FOR ANY COMPLEX WORK THAT REQUIRES HAULING AWAY HEAVY MATERIAL. They claimed that this was no problem for them, I hired them and now they walked off the job midway through leaving me with plaster and broken CMU block wall all over my basement. To ensure safety, I had a structural engineer come to the site to review what was safe to remove. House Doctors signed a contract with me that outlined what was to be removed. After the structural engineer ensured that CMU walls could be removed safely, House Doctors came back to me saying they could not remove them because they were worried it was unsafe. I trust this engineer and if he says it's safe, it's safe. I am extremely disappointed that they are not meeting the contract we signed. We originally walked the site together to ensure that we were all on the same page in regards to removals. I have reason to believe they are not meeting their end of the contract because they underbid the project and once they got to the hard part of the project, they walked away from the job.

It was quality work done in a very professional manner. The floor looks wonderful. They were on time for all their appointments. The work was completed in the time frame we were given. We will definitely do business with them again in the future!
