Damage to granite sink from putting heavy Electrolux cooktop grates in kitchen sink instead of laundry sink, supervisor Jaclyn slid antique Sheridan couch with wooden legs across wood floor because she was in a hurry due to missed snow days and then of course lied about it! Owner Jan stuck by her obviously lying supervisor and not only refused to accept responsibility for the damages she also has ignored repeated requests for insurance information after saying on websites that she's bonded and insured.

I have used them twice now, and they were great. They did a great job, and the charge was reasonable. They were on time, and they did everything fantastically. They were very friendly.

The estimate given by Jan was great. When she left, she told me her team would be there at 2:00 on Wednesday or a little before because they go directly from their last appointment. 
On Wednesday I got a call at 12:30 saying her team was at the house and no one was there. I called her back and told her I expected them around 2:00 and was not home and was planning on being there by 1:00 (an hour before scheduled). I then got a text asking for my garage code, which I did not provide. I left the meeting I was in and got home at 12:45 to let them in.  I appreciate earliness, but an hour and a half was a bit too early. 
Her team of three seemed to work rapidly through my home. After a few hours I was handed a paper and told goodbye, without a walk through or inspection. I asked if they were done and they said they were and the others were already packed up and in the truck. 
I walked into my kitchen and realized none of my cabinets had been wiped down and the outside of the microwave was dirty. I started to touch up clean and decided to stop and inspect the rest of the home.  When I went upstairs I realized the floors were not clean.  I walked into a bathroom and realized the bathroom had not been cleaned, the mirror was dirty and the sink still had toothpaste in it.  Two other bathrooms were poorly done as well, with both toilets not getting cleaned.
I immediately called Jan and left a message with the issues and asked her to call me.  I texted her and asked her to call me.  Within 15 minutes Jan called and said her team was on their way back to fix the issues. I told her she needed to come and see what the issues were and help her team rectify the situation.  She said that was what her cleaning team was for and she would not come. I told her I did not appreciate being made the bad guy. 
When the cleaning crew came back, I apologized that they had to come back. When I started pointing out the issues, one of the girls got mad that I pointed out the floor was not done. She said she did it, but then when I showed her all the dirt and spots still on it, she said she could see how I thought it wasn't done.  The other gal got mad at the other saying, "I thought you said you cleaned that bathroom!"  When that argument was over, she began to clean the bathroom. I then inspected the basement with the other girl and we both saw that the stairs had not been vacuumed. When that was pointed out to the girl who was supposed to do it, she said she did it, but would do it again. We then found that the toilet in the downstairs bathroom had not been cleaned either.  They ended up being there for another hour with me helping them point out what needed to be done.  Only two of the girls continued to work on the house though, the one who didn't do the bathrooms went and sat in the truck.  When I inspected the bathroom that hadn't gotten done with the team lead, the sink was still dirty and I took a cloth and cleaned it.
To top it off, comments of "I wish someone would clean my house" were made.  I felt bad for having my house cleaned after falling behind from being out of town caring for a relative.  It was an awful experience and even when they came back to clean what they hadn't the first time, it wasn't a great job.
The manager did not call back to make sure everything was fixed and to my satisfaction. Instead she called two days later saying her team forgot to pick up payment and was at my home for the check.  I informed her I wasn't home and would pay by credit card. 
I'll never use the service again.

We have had many cleaning services and this is the first one I have ever felt the need to write a review for. They have been cleaning our house every two weeks for about 2 months and they are doing a GREAT job! The first thing I will say is they are consistent! Each time they have cleaned they have done just as well as the times before and that is rare! They do a great job not only vacuuming my stairs, cleaning the bathrooms and all the usual things, they go a step beyond and actually straighten up my daughters play room (THANK YOU!), counter tops, and bedrooms! They don't just clean around most of the every day living clutter, they actually straighten it up to make sure they do the job right! They are very reasonably priced and I really feel as if I definitely get my money's worth when they come - and trust me, I've had services where I felt I had to clean behind them! I highly recommend House Cleaning on Wheels! Jan and her crews do a great job!

Owner does not take ownership of any mistakes done. Last job in my home, the cleaning crew appeared like they were rushed and even said they are understaffed. I asked for deep cleaning, but the inside of drawers were not cleaned. Instead, dirt was spread to all corners. Same thing happened on counters and window sills. Owner blamed it on construction dust. Yeah....OK.

I had been a loyal customer for two years and I expected a good job. Instead I got a defensive company that blamed something else that had nothing to do with their crew spreading dirt to the corners of drawers and crevices.

$450 down the drain...I do not recommend this company.

They are fantastic, showed when they said they would, did what they said they would. I would and am using them for a regular monthly service. Very reasonable and the quality of work is excellent!

Fast and thorough crew.  Able to accommodate a Saturday appointment request.  Professional.  Excellent work.  Worth the money.

I realized at the very last minute that I had way too much going on and would not be able to clean up after a whole house remodel on the house we were about to move into and clean up for new buyers on house we just sold.  I know I was very lucky, and Jan was able to fit me in their schedule on the days I needed the work to be done.  Her crew did a great job!  I know the price may seem a little high but this was for 2 homes and one was a wreck after the remodel.  Great job ladies!

The owner, Jan, was responsive from the start, quickly returning my call and agreeing on a walk-through date.  We agreed that monthly visits were adequate for my needs.  She stressed the importance of communication, and how I needed to let her know if there was something with which I was dissatisfied.  The deep clean seemed thorough, and the house smelled and felt clean.  An old picture frame had some trim pieces fall off when it was moved for dusting.  The crew left the frame on my kitchen bar with a note pointing out the issue which I appreciated.  They've been punctual, I feel are trustworthy, and do a good job.  I plan to continue using them.

They are professional, courteous, and do a fabulous job.  I plan to keep them!

Overall good work.....Jan was a bit short....not very friendly but her crew was great.

House Cleaning On Wheels Inc were very thorough. 3 people came full time and 1 person came part time because they did my windows as well. They are polity, organized and very thorough. They were very good.

They are always on time and they are very prompt. They do a thorough job when they are here. They are very affordable.

They were meticulous and did a very thorough job. They were quick and did our entire house in two and a half hours. They were polite and when they were finished they were up and out. They didn't miss anything and even did the extra stuff that we hadn't discussed before like dusting the ceiling fans. I think the service drops down to $85 every two weeks to maintain that.  The initial cost seemed a little steep but after that not bad at all. Their phone system is a little strange however. We are going to be using them again in future.

They come highly recommended from me. They are awesome. They are always on time. They are friendly. They do a good job cleaning.

I was referred to this company through another company that I found on Angie's List but didn't service my area. Jan, who I believe is the owner of the company, called me within an hour of my speaking to the reference company and she offered to give me a walk through quote within the hour since she happend to be in my area. She was very professional and nice when she came to my house and I gave her a quick walk through and she told me exactly what would be done and gave me a wonderful price for it. The initial clean was $210 and they earned every penny of it. On the day we set up for them to arrive, they were in my driveway 20 min early and the 2 girls were ready and got right to work. They seem to know exactly what to do and did everything thoroughly. My house is about 3,000 sq ft and I have 4 cats 3 kids and a small daycare in my home my house hasn't been cleaned in about a month and it hasn't been thoroughly cleaned in probably about a year. It took the two girls 4 hours to clean my house and Jan even came in for a few hours and helped because she knew I wanted it done as quickly as possible since I was home with the kids. My house looks clean, smells clean and best of all IS clean. Thank you House Cleaning on wheels!!!!!! I look foward to the weekly cleaning that we've scheduled for $65 a week!! I highly recommend this company to everyone and have already spoke to my neighbors about them.

They have come to my house 3 times now and I have been happy everytime. There were a few little things like forgetting to dust a few things like one of the air vents and some of the kid toys in the play room, and on the second cleaning they missed a garbage can which is tucked under the desk but my house is big and no one is perfect. The important thing is when I mention it they appologized and cleaned it right away.  I give them major props for working around me being home with 5 kids!!!
