 + -1 moreGreat, from the start the sales person Ian, did a great job helping me understand the process, and what all I needed and what I didn't need. Then the operations department called me to confirm my appointment, then the installer called me the day before to confirm the appointment. The installer was very professional, walked through with me what they would do confirming with me exactly what I wanted. They did the work perfectly and then walked me through how to use my new setup. The next day I got a call from Holly in their customer service department asking me how everything went and asking if I had any questions. From start to finish HD installers did a great job. I would recommend them to anyone. I saved about 1200 off of the price from another major electronics store, and they do installations nationwide, so if I ever move I will use them again.
Description of Work: Installed home theater system. Included wall mounting 50'' plasma television, 5.1 surround sound system, integrating my DVR, HD cable, and HD DVD player. Concealing all the wires in the wall.
