Happy Helping Hands

The only contact that I managed with this company is when they answered the phone last year. Out of four times that I've called them, they picked up the phone once. When I mention "Groupon" in the voicemails that I left, they chose not to respond at all. I also sent an email for information and mentioned "Groupon", and got no response. I question this company's integrity. I contacted Groupon and got my money back because even with any kind of deal, I would never do business with this company.

Awful. No where on the website or the groupon do they say when to start calling to schedule a ride. They mention the ride must be scheduled 24 hour in advance and that is it. When I did call, I was informed that no ride was available at the time I requested. They said they start scheduling on the 25th of the month before you need their services. You'll need that information if you ever decide to use them, else risk being stuck without a ride like I was. They had the nerve to ask if I wanted to purchase a one-way for my return flight.

Both drivers were prompt and good drivers. I felt safe. Had to share the SUV on the way back due to lack of a driver but did not mind at all.
