Description of Work: I wrote a note on here right after he completed (or per his comment) the work. It should be in my archives because the next day I requested it to be removed. However, I have since learned that others have had the same experience as I. I would not hire him again. It will cost me almost as much as we paid him for the work his crew did to repair/finish the work. I would not hire him again or refer him to others. His comment to me was that he use to be a perfectionist but kept losing people because he expected too much from them. As he said, the good people have gone out on their own so he has to take what he can get.

+ 2 moreTony fixed a leak in our basement. The water came back 2 days later. It took him 2 weeks to get back and repair it. It still didn't solve the issue Unreliable and too expensive. Will not use again. He is very professional though.

One of the common problems I've experienced with general contractors is that they start a job and then don't finish before taking on another job leaving you with a series to stops and starts before completion. Not with Hahn Construction. Also, very personable and listens to all your concerns and offers reasonable solutions. I'd definitely recommend them. In fact, i'll likely use them for my second wave of renovations, slated for early 2011.
Description of Work: Hahn Construction did structural work to my garage, brick replacing and repointing around the house, porch enclosure, window installation, roofing, insulation and structural support work in basement.
