Owner (Dale Smith) arrived on time for in-home estimate. Provides samples of shingles and took precise measurements. Provided complete written estimate of job with variations, based on selected shingle qualities. Workers arrived on schedule and completed the work earlier than estimated. Clean up was thorough and complete. Dale was on site for part of the job. One worker was English speaking. Gutter job was done a different day but was also done in less time than was estimated.
