For overall grade, I?d give them an ?A." it?s nothing. I mean you gotta go, you gotta go. Veterinarians are not known to be the cheapest. For punctuality, you make an appointment, you go there.

The wait time was consistent with previous vets I've seen. Dr. Fant was very thorough and a good listener. I appreciated her assessment and the time she took with my and my dog. The price I paid was a pleasant surprise!

Very informative. Called back with lab results. This week got a card welcoming my dog and thanking me for our business. Time took 1.5 hours which was a little too long.

Our experience with Gwinnett Animal Clinic went well. They are very professional, very caring, and very fair in their pricing. They are good folks who take care of animals.

He got us in immediately. They have long office hours, which acommodates many different schedules. He's very easy to reach on the phone. He really cares about the animals and is just a good Christian man.

After using the same vet in the Norcross area for 15 years, I was forced to find a new vet. Based on the reviews onAngie's List and my close location of Gwinnett Animal Clinic, I gave them a call. An appointment was made and the girl Ispoke to was very pleasant and professional. When we arrived we were greeted by a very friendly and professional staff. The waiting room is quiet large so you're not on top of other clients and their pets, so you don't feel uncomfortable (this was always an issue with my old vet, very tiny waiting room). The wait was short, we were taken back to an examination room were a young vet tech (I wish I had his name) went over our dog's history, any concerns we had, the bascic questions you would expect....I felt he really cared about the health and safety of our dogs. After that, he took the dogs, one by one back to be weighed, have a fecal test, blood checked for heartworms and they even clipped their nails for free!!! Since trying to clip the nails of two very large German Sheperds is like wreslting a bear, I was thrilled that this had been done!! The vet we saw that day was Dr. Wallis, I can not say enough good things about this man....he's very knowledgeable, personable, professional, compassionate, and just a really nice person! He examined our dogs, gave us lots of information. After giving our dogs shots and medication for a possible parasite for one of the dogs, we were asked to call back and give him an update and to also swing by in a week or so to bring the one dog in to be weighed (at no charge) to see if the medication was working. We also purchsed a years worth of heatworm meds from GAC and was told we would be getting a rebate and that GAC would take care of all the paperwork. We would just get a check in the mail......very easy! GAC also matches any price on mediction from Pet-meds. When it came time to leave, I was expecting at least a $400.00 bill just for the examination, I was shocked that the total came to $250.00 for both dogs.I was so thrilled to find an affordable vet that knew what they were doing. I will continue to use this vet and feel like I have found the best health care for my two furry babies in the Gwinnett area!

Staff was courteous and responsive. Exam was very thorough. They called me several days later to discuss biopsy results and my options. Was impressed with their overall handling of the situation.

They are one of the topnotch around. I am a breeder. I have been involved in animals for fifty years. They are very knowledgeable, punctual and professional. They are responsive. I have never had a problem. Even during emergencies, I can get in right away. I can even contact the vet by email and they answer me right away. I can do some followups without having to go to them and I love it. They are great.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The facility is clean and professional. The prices are reasonable. They are good with working with animals who do not want to be at the vet. They even called to follow up after I brought my dog in sick.

They know me and my dogs by name. They even let me drop off and pickup my dogs, which is extremely important for me as a breeder. I have used them for years and have no intention of ever going elsewhere.
