Exterior Painting
WORKERS LEFT NAILS AND TRASH LYING AROUND UNTIL INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN UP DAILY. OWNER HAD VERBALLY AGREED TO REDUCE PRICE BY $100 TO PRICE MATCH ANOTHER COMPANY BEFORE BEGINNING JOB. HOWEVER, AT CONCLUSION OF THE JOB, HE REFUSED TO HONOR THIS COMMITMENT. WORKERS DAMAGED MOTION DETECTOR AND LAWN CHAIR. HE WAS WILLING TO COMPENSATE ME FOR THIS LOSS BUT NOT ALSO GIVE ME THE PREVIOUSLY NEGOTIATED PRICE FOR PAINTING. WORK PERFORMED WAS DONE WELL.
