 + -1 moreWhen our heat went out on the coldest day of the year, I called this company and they told us they would be there later that day. After waiting hours, they called shortly before they were to arrive and said that they would not be coming and they would not tell me the reason that they were not going to come. When I persisted in asking why they would not come, the guy hung up on me. He was shockingly unprofessional and rude.
